My objectives as an educator are to, facilitate the student to develop her/his own authentic voice, foster critical thinking, and develop problem-solving strategies within the production of art and to prepare students to function effectively in the arts industry.

I have taught in universities since 1992. Firstly, teaching photography in Australia and currently teaching New Media Art and Theory as well as Digital Video and Special Effects at Virginia Tech.
