Embroideries depicting chakra meditations. Chakras are said to be circular colored energy fields within our bodies. When unblocked, the flow of energy within our bodies becomes unimpeded, leading to better health and vitality. The chakras can be accessed and enhanced via reflection and meditation. It is through the process of meditation that I have envisioned this embroidery series COLOR CODES. Each embroidery can be used as a focus image for your meditation practice. I have used the traditional quilting design of the crazy quilt to reflect the supposed crystal nature of the chakras. This series is SOLD OUT.
