The location of the first chakra or root chakra, MULADHARA, is at the base of our spine. The element of the earth connects to this chakra.
As the tendril of a plant root reaches into the earth to gain sustenance, I, too, anchor myself into the earth to gain wisdom and stability. Every day I take time to connect; the earth is my teacher, inspiration, and home. We are one.
